Shipping Location:

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Estimated delivery time:

Business days: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

+ Handling times:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you by email or phone. We will update this section if your processing time exceeds 3 business days.

+ Estimated Transit Time (United States): 4-7 business days.

An order is missing a product or has a change of delivery address. We will process it within 1-3 business days.

About late delivery:

Most of the orders are shipped on time. In some rare cases, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • International customs clearance

If there are any delays than expected, please notify us via email: support@torisp.com. We will solve it within 1-3 business days.

How to track your order?

After the order has been shipped, the tracking number and link tracking will be sent to you by email. If no tracking information is available within the first 1–2 days after you receive your tracking number, please allow a little more time. The carrier may not have updated the shipment status in its tracking system yet.
